FAQ

How do I get from Dubai International Airport to Dubai city centre?

Common options from DXB are a pre-booked private transfer, a taxi from the official rank, ride-hailing where it's legal, rental cars, and public transport where available. A pre-booked transfer gives you a fixed price and a driver waiting in arrivals, which helps late at night or with heavy bags.

Should I pre-book a transfer from DXB?

Pre-booking makes sense if you land late, travel with children or lots of luggage, or want a fixed price in UAE dirhams agreed in advance. Compare Kiwitaxi, Welcome Pickups and GetTransfer above.

Where can I store luggage in Dubai?

Radical Storage lists partner shops and hotels across Dubai where you can leave bags by the hour or day; see live locations and opening hours via the link above.

What should I sort out before landing at DXB?

Get mobile data ready (an eSIM for United Arab Emirates works the moment you land), check the AED exchange rate so you know what a fair taxi fare looks like, and save your transfer confirmation offline.
